Nicole Lowther

Nicole's role entails handling permanent placements for traineeshps and entry level candidates.

Prior to joining us Nicole's background was as a partner's personal assistant/office manager together with the added responsibility of human resources. Nicole has an excellent understanding of legal support staff requirements.

Nicole also supervises and coordinates the assessment of applicants and graduates. Assessments include spelling, typing, word processing, administrative skills, full interview, "Myprofile" behavioural report testing, competency based behavioural interview technique assessment and reference checking.

Nicole is there for candidates to kick start their legal career.
